JR Academy

The Recreational Junior Academy program is for players U7 (2017 Birth Year) and U8 (2016 Birth Year). Our Jr. Academy program is a great fit for young players and families who are showing a greater interest in a structured training atmosphere. Players train twice a week with paid club trainers covering age-appropriate technical and tactical aspects of soccer in a positive learning environment.

The Rec Junior Academy is offered twice a year:

Fall Season - Practices start mid August and the season ends mid November. The registration window is May 2023-June 31.

August 14, 2023 - Jr. Academy Training Starts

August 26 - Jr. Academy Games Start

 

Spring Season  - Practices start January 15, 2024 and the season ends mid April. The registration window is September 1, 2023-November 31, 2023

January 15, 2024 - Jr. Academy Training Starts

January 27, 2027 - Jr. Academy Games Start

JUNIOR ACADEMY DETAILS:

Training Day: Mondays and Fridays

Time: 4:30pm to 5:30pm

Location: Fort Family Regional Park

Format: Players are placed in training and game day groups. They participate in activities related to skill development, physical development, decision-making and small-sided game play.

Games: Games are Saturday mornings at 10:00am at Fort Family Regional Park. Teams play in the 4v4 or 5v5 format.

 

Required Equipment – Soccer Cleats, Shin Guards, Rec Uniform (can be used multiple seasons)

PRICING

FALL SEASON 2023

Registration price for fall 2023 is on or before June 15, 2023 $320 

Registration price after June 15, 2023, but before the June 31, 2023 deadline: $355

Registration Deadline = June 31, 2023

Players who sign up after the deadline listed above will be automatically placed on the Jr. Academy Wait List. If space is available the child will be placed into the Junior Academy. No payment is processed until the child can be placed into the Junior Academy.

On and/or after July 1, 2023 the Late Registration price will be $385

SPRING SEASON 2024

Early Registration price for spring 2023 is on or before November 15, 2023 $320 

Registration price after November 15, 2023, but before the November 31 , 2023 deadline: $355

Registration Deadline = November 31, 2023
